In many situations it is advantageous or necessary to set up and manage a private email network rather than using a public service or outsourcing. In addition to providing satellite email service, UUPlus provides our SOHO and Personal software packaged to deploy as a private email network.

Specifically designed to set up networks where there is poor, unreliable, or non-existent local infrastructure, UUPlus SOHO Pro Server, SOHO Pro Client, and Personal Pro can be combined to extend an existing network beyond "the end of the road" or to establish a new network.

UUPlus is easy to install and maintain and supports Iridium to Iridium, Thuraya to Thuraya, mobile to mobile data phone, Codan HF, SCS Pactor HF, Nexion VHF, and most PSTN modems when land lines are available, as well as UUPlus VPN when IP links are available.

UUPlus Pro products are as follows:

SOHO Pro Server software is used as the Internet or corporate gateway master server site and serves all down-stream users (Personal or Pro Client) and sites (SOHO Client or SOHO Server). SOHO Server is also used for down-stream sites where more than one line or more than 25 users are required.

SOHO Pro Client software is used for down-stream sites for 2 - 25 users and the site connects to the master server for it's mail feed. SOHO Client can also act as a relay station for Personal Pro users.

Personal Pro software is used for single users calling SOHO Pro or a SOHO Client acting as a relay.

Pro Client software is used for single user HF/VHF stations where the server is scheduled to call the clients to avoid users "stepping on" another user's connection.
